Blood Donation Campaign and Environmental Cleanup

Creating Awareness. On March 15, the World Mission Society Church of God, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health, conducted a blood donation campaign. More than 1,200 people participated for this noble cause.
The event, "Blood Donation Campaign to Share Life With the Love of the Passover," is held every year simultaneously in more than 2,200 churches in 150 countries. In Peru, the members from Lima and Callao went through medical screening before donation blood.
As the Peruvians` participation in this kind of volunteer activity is low, they held the campaign to create awareness and to increase blood donation.
Also on Sunday, the Church of God, in cooperation with the City of Los Olivos, made an environmental cleanup campaign in Canta Callao Avenue and cleaned more than 20 blocks.
