Mother isn’t just a member of a family. She is like the sun. Mother’s existence is like the sun;all things in the universe lose their light without it. That is because of Mother’s love. The reason why there is something mystical about mother’s smile is because of the sacrifice that is in her love.
A young man living with his widowed mother happened to lose the sight of both eyes in a car accident. Despite of his mother’s sincere comfort and care, the man felt a great sense of lost. Then one day, he heard that someone donated an eye for him. But he wasn't that pleased because he was looking forward to receive both eyes and live like before.
“Darling, why don’t you get the operation even if there’s only one eye?”
He decided to have the operation since he couldn’t overcome with his mother’s plea.
On the day when he took his bandages off, he bursts into tears. His mother didn't have one eye. But the mother said to him,
“Darling,I wanted to give you both of them, but thinking of you taking care of me who can’t see, I just couldn't.”
This is maternal love. She never grudges though she gives out everything. It is certain when we see the relationship between a bow and an arrow.
The arrow flies further away as the bow bends more. So the mother is like the bow and the child is like the arrow. As much as the parents’ back becomes crooked, the child moves forward. When there is an arrow that flew away furthest, the bow must have been bended a lot to send it.
The bow would be painful as much as it bends. But the bow endures its pain, just to send the arrow further away.
In our surroundings, we can easily find parents and children having relationships like the bow and the arrow. As much as the child is great, the parents’ sacrifice would be much more than that.
If there is a person who achieved, behind those achievements, most of them have their mothers who sacrificed for them.

Mom is always sorry
There is a word that my mom constantly tells to me and my sister.
That is the word, ‘sorry.’
She says sorry even if she hasn't done anything wrong.
“Mom,I asked you to wash this clothes for me!”
“I’m sorry, I forgot. I will wash it for you tomorrow. Sorry.”
“Mom,you told me that you’re going to make this for me.”
“I’m sorry. I will surely make that for you tomorrow.”
“Mom,why didn't you come to pick me up!”
“I’m sorry. I’m coming.”
We are the ones to be sorry since we always ask her for things, but my mom always says she is sorry to us.
During puberty, after quarreling with my dad, I packed my suitcase and ran away from home.
At that time, my mom came running without her shoes on and said with tears,
“I’m sorry. It’s all my fault. It’s all my fault, so let’s go home.”
Even when she is sick, she prepares breakfast for us in the early morning.
When she couldn't possibly prepare breakfast by chance, she again apologizes.
When I vent my anger to her because I couldn't find something that carelessly put somewhere in the house, she apologizes for not taking care of it.
My younger sister has troubles getting up in the mornings, so she has a tantrum whenever my mom wakes her up.
Whenever that happens, my mom would apologize.
When my sister gets angry when mom wakes my sister late by chance, my mom would apologize again.
When my mom goes to buy things in the market, she will be relentlessly bargaining.
When she goes to a restaurant she will be meticulous about the dishes.
That would make me embarrass. However, she becomes very weak only in front of her children.
Looking at my mom, it reminds me of Heavenly Mother.
Whenever I watch the Biblical play, ‘Heavenly Mother's Great Sacrifice 1-Heaven,’ there is a part which makes my heart ache so much.
That is when Heavenly Mother drops down and weeps mournfully, after Her children is expelled from Heaven.
Compared to Heavenly Mother’s sorrow, the Heaven is cruelly, expressed so beautifully.
Just for the fact that Her children is expelled, She doesn't see the glorious beautiful Heaven,but laments.
Though I gave true thanks to Heavenly Mother who loved this sinner so much, I hated myself so much for hurting Her.
Writing this, I give thanks for the fact that I am the child receiving God’s love.
God will give up everything to give love for the children.
Now, I will try my best to put that love into action for my Heavenly brothers and sisters.
I truly give thanks to Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother for their infinite love, allowing me to live as their child.

Love for the Sinner
Growing as the only daughter, I only knew how to receive love. Giving love was too unfamiliar to me, which I treated it as if it had nothing to do with me. I didn't even know how to consider the love of my physical parents, which made me difficult to realize Heavenly Mother’s love; and that realization took for quite a while.
Though in Zion, I saw many films containing Heavenly Mother’s sacrifice, I did not understand why She had to choose such a difficult path of sufferings. After I have watched for several times, I just reacted calmly and thought, ‘Yeah, like in the film,Heavenly Mother indeed suffered a lot.’ Without realizing that deep love, I just continued giving pain and scars to Heavenly Mother every day.
Throughout extremely hot weather few days ago, I guess from something that I had ate made me have a stomach ache, and it was burning that I couldn’t bear. I thought I would get better since I took medicine and went to the hospital and had an IV, however I started to have chills, wouldn't move my head because of the headache, which eventually gave me so much pain that I couldn’t even take a step forward. It was my first time being sick like this.
As if I might be ready to collapse, enduring the pain, I finally reached home and collapsed on my bed. Though the weather was hot,having chills, I had to pull over the blanket on me. It was really hot and cold. It was painful which I can’t describe that feeling with words. Then, I started to have high fever, my whole body became hot like a great ball of flame which didn't let me have any energy to even moan, and I couldn’t open my eyes because it hurt so much.
As I gradually fell into a coma, I started to think of Heavenly Mother. She clearly came up in my head just like I have watched on the film. Our Heavenly Mother, who couldn’t even buy medicine because She had no money despite of the high fever and being ill, and She had to endure all the pains throughout the long night in a cold room. Our Heavenly Mother, who had to suffer all alone in a cold room, where even the water jug was all frozen.
I even thought of Heavenly Mother who massaged elaborately of one patient sitting on Her knees. Oh Heavenly Mother! At that moment I realized that Her cartilage was all worn out. Tears welled up my eyes and it fell down my cheeks. It fell continually, like beads falling of its string.
‘Oh Mother! How did You endure the pain hanging between life and death, all alone… What kind of sinner am I! Why did You have to endure that long painful night without medicine for this maggot life; to save me, the sinner? Mother! Why did You have to endure that pain for this invaluable worthless sinner? Mother I am so sorry. I am so sorry, Mother!’
My soul hurt more than my body. It was irresistible to stop my tears, feeling the Mother’s pain that She had to suffer for me. Oh, what kind of sinner am I... For a long time I was heartless, disregarding and ignoring Heavenly Mother’s love… My sinful past came up in my mind like a film and pierced my soul.
I couldn’t say anything but I was sorry... I hated myself so much and I endlessly missed Heavenly Mother. I was sorry and endlessly missing Her... I wanted to come near to Her but I had the mind that I couldn’t possibly get near to the noble Heavenly Mother... At that time, I felt as if She was stroking my head with a benevolent smile. I think through all the pains and regrets I fell asleep.
When I woke up, my whole body and head was stiff with pain, and my blanket was all wet. I thought of Heavenly Mother who smiled and stroke my head. Oh Heavenly Mother! For me, these several hours are so painful as if I am going to die, how did You endure many long painful nights? Because of me, I made You to go through all the sufferings! I was so sorry that I wept and wept...
Thinking that this sinful child might not be saved without realizing Mother’s love, I believe with Her great grace, She made me realize a ten-thousandth of Mother’s love. Now, I will not just stay crying. I will change my sorrows into actions and live a life of repentance.
Mother, please let me scrub off dirt of as a prodigal sinner and wash my filthy soul with Your water of life! Mother, allow me to give this whole body and mind to You! Mother, allow me to give a gift of repentance to You! Mother, allow me to love You so that all Your pains cannot become in vain! Allow me to proclaim Mother’s great sacrifice to the whole world! My Mother, I truly deeply give thanks to You.

Sneakers filled with Father’s love - WMSCOG, Christ Ahnsahnghong
"Sam, you better go to bed early for school tomorrow.”
"Whatever."
The reason why Sam answered bluntly was because of his sneakers.
It was a week ago when Sam got totally embarrassed;when his old sneakers were torn while running during PE.
After that day, he tried to tell his father about his sneakers by chance, however because of the small income these days,his father doesn't seem to understand.
A week passed and tomorrow approached and was the time when Sam had PE outside. He didn't want to wear those torn sneakers so he tried to think of a way to skip school.
"Sam, wake up. Eat your breakfast before you go and don’t forget to take your lunch.”
Out of all days, Sam couldn't understand why his Dad was such in hurry today. He just hated his Dad.
'Mom would have bought me new ones if she was alive...’
Sam’s mother ended up dying last year,after being hospitalized for a long time.
Because of his mother’s medical expenses, they had to move out from their actual place and live in this current one.
Being disabled, his father couldn't work for quite a while. Since it’s been just a few days since his father has started to work with the job given by the city, which was the reason why Sam couldn't possibly tell his father about the sneakers.
Sam was consulting his father’s pocket.
Being distressed and longing for his mother, he stood up swallowing his tears.
When he put his bag on his shoulder and sat on the threshold to put on his shoes, he was startled.
There was a pair of sneakers with a drawing on a white background.
The sneakers weren't new and seemed to be picked up by some place.
Being disabled, his father would have been having a difficult time washing the sneakers.
As Sam picked up the white sneakers, he saw a small note.
"I can’t give you the best shoes in the world, but live this world with the most valuable pace.”
After reading the note Sam shed his tears for a while and tightly hugged the sneakers.
The sneakers filled with father’s love...
Reading this story,I reflected to myself who only wanted to have better clothes, better shoes, better bags, wanting more of the better ones, only focusing on my appearance.
Not wanting to have the best, but I made a resolution; with most valuable heart, I will put the most valuable pace on the path opened by Heavenly Father’s love.

But the greatest of these is love_teachings of Elohim God
For Christians, the ultimate goal of faith is salvation. To achieve this goal, the hope of the kingdom of heaven and faith based on such hope are needed. In addition, the practice of faith is the love toward God and neighbors. Therefore, love is possible only when there are the hope of the kingdom of heaven and faith behind it. God considered love as the greatest virtue of believers.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
(1 Corinthians 13:13)
Then, can those who have love only achieve the goal of salvation? The answer is ‘No.’ The Apostle John emphasized faith as of the most importance to get salvation.
… that whoever believes in him may have eternal life. (John 3:15)
However, it’s hard to reach salvation with faith alone. Today’s Christians fall in this error. An expression of faith requires the hope of the kingdom of heaven.
so that, having been justified by his grace, we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life. (Titus 3:7)
That is, we cannot enter the kingdom of heaven without having the hope of eternal life. ‘The greatest of these are love,’ ‘whoever believes in him may have eternal life,’ ‘we might become heirs having the hope of eternal life’: Among these words, what should we follow to get salvation? Since the greatest is love, is it enough to have love alone? Or, is it okay to have only faith since it’s written, ‘whoever believes in him may have eternal life’?
We must think about organic combination among faith, hope and love. If faith and hope are missing from love, it’s not different from the one who eats sodium (Na) and chlorine (Cl) after separating salt (NaCl) into each element (Na and Cl.) When edible salt is divided into sodium and chlorine, they become harmful materials. Therefore, we can achieve the goal of salvation by practicing love based on faith and hope.
In addition, there is one thing we should remember: Love toward God must be go first with regard to the practice of love. Loving neighbors based on such love is the whole duty of Christians.
Jesus replied: ” ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” (Matthew 22:37-40)
Are there any Christians who do not love God? However, love with lips only is not love which loves God.
If you love me, you will obey what I command. (John 14:15)
Salvation begins with obeying God’s commandments. Obeying what God commanded enables us to love Him and is the top priority of believers who wish to enter the kingdom of heaven.
God’s commandments are like a eternal tonic. For our own lives, to obey God’s commandments is very important. And this is the way to love God~:)

“The hidden manna and new name” [World Mission Society Church of God]
Why does the Church of God believe that the Second Coming Christ is Ahnsahnghong? The reason is because Ahnsahnghong allowed the eternal life through the Passover, the tree of life to His children who were destined to die.
Let’s study the prophecies about the Second Coming Christ and the Passover through the hidden manna.
Rev. 2:17 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes, I will give some of the hidden manna. I will also give him a white stone with a new name written on it, known only to him who receives it”
The stone represents Jesus.(1 Pet. 2:4 him, the living stone)
The reality of a new name represents the Second Coming Jesus, the Holy Spirit among the three persons of the trinity. The appearance of the Second Coming Jesus in the last age is already prophesied in the book of Revelation.
The reason why we should learn the hidden manna is that we need to know who the one by new name is. The hidden manna should be very important key to find out who he might be.
The Bible is consisted of Old Testament and New Testament.
The Old Testament is the shadow and the New Testament is the reality. The former plays a role in testifying the New Testament as a model as well as a shadow.
Firstly, let’s confirm what manna in the Old Testament represents.
It is the name of food God allowed for the Israelites for 40 years after the exodus. Manna that appeared in the Old Testament became a prophecy to find the Second Coming Jesus.
Ex.16:2~31“I will rain down bread from heaven for you. ~ The people of Israel called the bread manna. It was white like coriander seed and tasted like wafers made with honey.”
While living in the wilderness for 40 years, they could keep their physical life through the physical food, manna.
Manna allowed in the Old Testament does not simply end with physical food but rather plays a significant role as a sign to recognize a new name.
Let’s find out the reality of manna the Second Coming Jesus should bring in the New Testament.
Jn. 6:9~15 He fed five thousand people with five small barley loaves and two small fish .
:24~26 Looking for Jesus on the following day as they were full with bread
: 30~35 “So they asked him, "What miraculous sign then will you give that we may see it and believe you? What will you do? Our forefathers ate the manna in the desert; as it is written: 'He gave them bread from heaven to eat.”
The Living Bible Jn 6:30~36 “If you want us to believe you as a Messiah, why don’t you show us more miracles? Just as our forefathers were in the dessert, please take care of the food in need every day.
As Jehovah rained down manna from heaven in the Old Testament era, the Israelites asked for Jesus, the son of God to show them manna from heaven as a sign to solve out the food shortage.
Like this, they looked for Jesus only to take care of their physical difficulties.
The manna Jesus promised to give was very His flesh.
Jn. 6:47~51 “~This bread is my flesh, which I will give for the life of the world”
However, when He preached the bread of life to those who were seeking for physical food, they just rejected.
Jn. 6:52 “"How can this man give us his flesh to eat?" ”
Even though sinners should try to seek the food for eternal life, they rather reject.
This applies the same to Christians today.
Most people go to church to solve out their physical problems rather than to find the spiritual food allowed from Jesus.
Jn. 6:53~55 “Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh and drinks my blood has eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is real food and my blood is real drink.’
We could understand that the reality of manna is the flesh and the blood of Christ.
That is, the eternal blessing is contained in the flesh and the blood of Jesus, the reality of manna.
Let’s confirm how we could eat and drink the flesh and the blood.
Matt. 26:17, 26 “So the disciples did as Jesus had directed them and prepared the Passover ~ While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins.
(the bread and wine of the Passover= New Covenant)
Therefore, the reality of manna is the Passover.
Like this, the substantial manna was established by the First Coming Jesus through the Passover of the New Covenant.
However, it says that the manna the Second Coming Jesus was supposed to give is “the hidden manna”. How could we see the hidden one?
That the Passover is hidden from the eye means it was already abolished.
The Passover of life disappeared, for Satan had changed the times and laws of God.
In AD 325 when the Council of Nicaea was summoned by Roman emperor Constantine, they abolished the Passover. (:the hidden manna”= “the abolished Passover)
The Second Coming Jesus must be the one who should bring back the hidden manna.
The one to come (new name) should not bring us the new promise which cannot be found in the Bible but restore the Passover the New Covenant established by the First Coming Jesus.
No one can restore the Passover the New Covenant
Only the Second Coming Jesus who came with a new name could do it.
No matter how erudite the Doctors of Divinity are and how popular the pastors are, they cannot do it.
Isa. 25:6 “On this mountain the LORD Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine~ he will swallow up death forever.”
Among the teachings in the Bible, the wine that allows the eternal life is only the Passover the New Covenant.
“The aged wine” represents “the hidden manna”.
“Surely this is our God; we trusted in him, and he saved us.”
According to the prophecies of the Bible, the Second Coming Christ, the new name should be the one to restore the Passover the New Covenant. Ahnsahnghong is the Second Coming Jesus who restored the Passover the New Covenant.
He taught the Passover that was not known for anyone else in the world.

Corinthians Chapter 13
Growing up as the only child, I received love from all of my family; grandparents, parents, aunts, and uncles.
Since I didn't know how to give love and was just familiar receiving it, it was still the same for me in Zion.
Even though I realized Heavenly Father and Mother’s love, I was a sinner who thought that Their love was reasonable.
Mother always emphasizes to ‘give love’.
It wasn't easy to put in my heart, the heaven’s love that I forgot, the love that Heavenly Mother continuously gives us.
I recently heard general pastor’s sermon about Mother’s love.
Reading Corinthians chapter 13 verses 4 to 7, I questioned myself when I could give this kind of love.
When general pastor said that this love is ‘the love that comes from Mother,’ my mind became vacant.
Corinthians chapter 13 abridged into one word:
‘Mother.’
Even when I didn't follow complaining that, ‘I can’t do it,’ ‘it is too difficult,’ ‘how can I give this kind of love,’ Mother was giving me that love that was difficult for me.
Mother was always giving this extremely boundless love, the love that considers more of Her children instead of Herself.
Mother, I now realize that You are the true nature of love.
Please forgive this arrogant and foolish sinner. Please let me be the child resembling Mother’s love, and be the one who fully spreads Mother’s love in this whole world.
I will throw away my selfish self, and deliver Mother’s love that this world does not contain.

A Distrustful Daughter
I watched a video 11 years ago.
It was a video that was made when the New Jerusalem Temple was built.
At that time, Heavenly Mother had hair that wasn't grayer than now, and She had a stronger voice.
For awhile I have been thinking,
‘If Mother started Her gospel work when she was much younger, she would not have to go through such hardships like now.’
However, if I have met Mother still hale and hearty,would I realize Her sacrifice and shed my tears?
Seeing Her quickening Her pace without rest, even after along trip from rural regions,
Seeing Her fasting with pain, praying for Her children and not being able to take a sip of water,
Seeing Her hair all white, like a layer of white snow,
Seeing Her crying, turning Her back from the overseas brothers and sisters who are going back to their countries,
Seeing all this, I am an unfaithful sinner who realizes Mother’s sacrifice and love.
Mother can fulfill the gospel work in a younger age that wouldn't be harder for Her, than now. However, since I am an unfaithful, distrustful daughter, who only realizes by seeing Her sacrifice,She has waited for me, for such a long time.
I now realize that I made Her go through the sufferings being a distrustful daughter like Thomas.
Mother…I am truly sorry.
How can You love this immature and unfaithful child so much?
How can You not give up on us or hate us, but warmly embrace us with boundless smile?
When can I even slightly realize Your Love?
At last, I realize that I should find our brothers and sisters that Mother misses so much.
At last…
I thank Her with an unutterable thanks, with my whole heart, for the love that I can dare to measure.

Rebel without a Cause
They call it ‘rebel without a cause’ when the teenagers have twisted behavior while they are in puberty.
I was no exception.
My mom had hard times raising four children all alone. Even now my face turns red of thinking of how I rebelled against her.
I talked back at her when things didn’t turn out the way I wanted to be, and even though I knew mom’s heart of saying things because she cared about me, I was just distorted.
While having an argument with my mom, I said things that stabbed her like a dagger.
Out of it all, there’s something that I said which hurt my mom most..
“Mom, what did you do for me anyways?”
If I said this, mom couldn’t say anything but only dropped her face down. So that is why I said it thought lessly.
Thinking of how my mom must have felt, I feel so sorry that I want to crawl under arock.
She loved me before I was born. I wasn’t been able to do anything, and for me she clothed me, fed me, and took care of me all night when I was sick.
Everyday for 365 days; a year, she has gone to so much trouble for me, and those words were too cruel for her.
After receiving the truth, and realizing that I am a sinner who betrayed Heavenly Mother’s love, I recollected my days of puberty.
At that time, I didn’t know why I hurt her and went against my mom, but now I realize.
That image was a partial of me sinning against Heavenly Mother.
I didn’t know how to thank Heavenly Mother who loved me with Her whole heart, and I was a sinner who forgot about Her grace.
Can I also be forgiven?
Though I am a sinner who deserves to die, just because I am her child, I am in debted to her.
I will never again have faith of puberty that will break Mother’s heart.
Thank you Mother. I love you.

Mother’s Love that Touches the Whole Universe
I watched the movie, “Lorenzo’s Oil.”
It was about Lorenzo, a loving son from a happy family, who had an incurable disease called ALD. And his parents, with all their strength, fought with their son’s disease.
Not knowing the cause or the cure, even the doctors couldn’t do anything about the disease but just wait until he dies.
Lorenzo was cheerful and beautiful, but seeing that he couldn’t talk, see, or even swallow his saliva by his own, his parents started to take care of Lorenzo day and night searching through the books related to the disease.
Though they didn’t have any knowledge to medicine, with a concentrated mind traveling all over country just to save their child, they finally find the solution. Through the efforts, Lorenzo who was thought to be dying soon, started to show improvements, familiarizing the way to express his mind.
Watching the scene, the mother, who put on most efforts among others to save Lorenzo, looked great, and Heavenly Mother came up in my mind.
Being beyond time and space, the mother’s love makes even the person watching to be heartbroken.
Though that love looks so great, it is just a shadow to show Heavenly Mother’s love.
Just like how Lorenzo’s mom who didn’t want to eat or sleep saying how she can smile or enjoy while her son is sick, there is the great Mother for the 144000, who is restlessly sacrificing.
Watching the movie, seeing how Lorenzo had seizure, screamed and trembled in fear and agony, I denied that the image of Lorenzo wasn’t me. But Lorenzo who couldn’t sir an inch without his mother, or even properly swallow his saliva without his mother, was the image of me who couldn’t do anything or live, without the help of God.
Though I am a sinner who cannot do anything because of being sick, Mother, who manages hardships that no one wants to manage, oh how many times I have shook that Mother’s hand away!
I am just so thankful that you are still holding on to this foolish sinner.
I will always live without forgetting the love that you gave us, the love that touches the whole universe.
I will diligently work to repay Mother’s love that no one can realize.

Unconditional Love
From the video that I watched in the ceremony of the day of New Jerusalem, I felt Mother’s love infused in the creation.
Even animals reasonless or without souls, the mother’s love towards its child is indescribably touching.
The kangaroo, keeps its baby in its belly even though it seems it might burst and be torn.
The koala hangs on a tree, carrying its baby on its back even though it seems it might lose its arms and legs.
The spider, that leaves itself as food for the hatchlings.
The octopus, that dies by blowing air with all of its strength without eating, so that the babies could be easily hatched….
Even the birds flying in the air, fishes in the sea, animals running on the field, the mother sacrificing for its children is marvelous and great.
The love that always gives unconditionally, the unconditional love, feeling unsatisfied because the love hasn't been given more, and the children is just hoping for more of that love.
Mother, eternally, until the end loves those children.
Mother….
How could You possibly love this foolish child, giving up all your youth, sacrifice, love and your life?
I infinitely thank you for making me to be your child who can dare to call you God, Mother.

Mother’s Prayer
Whenever I listen to the fragrance of Zion, I always recall my mom.
I truly wanted my mom to receive the truth, who has been leading her life by the sweat of the brow alone; it was so much tiring with doing a farming work all through her life. However, she didn't even want to listen to the words of the truth, while accepting all others. Even if I tried to preach to her many times,she rather scolded me.
Feeling depressed, I got mad at her and even appealed to her, but then she just threw doubt on me asking if I go to a strange church. In spite of having no religion, she rather tried to stop my belief, insisting that I should not go to any other churches except Methodist or Presbyterian ones where my relatives go to. Whenever she did that,I felt hopeless and regrettable wondering how she could not trust her child at all. I felt so envious of spiritual brother sand sisters leading their physical families to Zion.
One day, when she visited a hospital not feeling well, she was advised to undergo an operation by her doctor. She seemed to feel weaken and have many thoughts about the operation. Since she was long way past seventy, other families got worried about her so much.
To meet my mom staying in sister’s house to get an operation, I got on the bus and prayed to Heavenly Mother. When I arrived there, she welcomed me so much but I felt uncomfortable in mind. My sister staying home went to church but didn't try to reject my religion nor listen to the truth.
My mind was so much troubled wishing mom to receive the truth and worrying if she refuses it at all. Heavenly Mother was the only one I could trust so I prayed to Her with earnest mind. At that moment, my sister said she had an appointment to make and left home. Feeling this must be the great chance to preach from Heavenly Mother for sure, I preached about Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother to my mom and my mind was shaking with an exciting mind. Watching mom who was hesitating, I felt like the heaven was about to destroy but I tried to persuade her again by praying for Heavenly Mother.
Finally, she said she wanted to be baptized and at this, tears came to my eyes.
All of these were truly the grace of Heavenly Mother.
When I was about to leave home, I could not find a key. She kind of hesitated to go, saying she could not go with the door opened so I asked her to come with me and finally brought the cab.
Her body was not healthy with several times of operations and farming work for all her life, so she almost crawled on the steps to the church on the 5th floor. However, she didn't say it was hard at all and finally got baptized just like a lamb.
Suddenly, I felt urgent with the fact that I left home with the door open. When I was about to come out of the Zion quickly, I couldn't see mom but there found her praying for God. From that scene, I got shocked because then I realized I myself had no belief at all. Even though Heavenly Mother prepared all given conditions, I had no belief.
I felt so shameful and regrettable. Returning home, nothing seemed wrong and it was before my sister came back home. Once again, I gave thanks to heavenly Mother and felt so sorry. I sincerely give thanks to Heavenly Mother who prays with tears for this sinful child to get the belief firmly into the mind.

Parents of our bodies and Parents of our souls
World Mission Society Church of God(WMSCOG) keeps the passover according to the teaching of Christ Ahnsahnghong and God the Mother.
A man does not consist of body only. Humans are a combination of body and soul.
... the LORD God formed the man from the dust of the ground [body] and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life [soul], and the man became a living being (Genesis 2:7)
Therefore, if a man dies, the body and soul are separated and the soul returns to its former place.
... and the dust [body] returns to the ground it came from, and the spirit [soul] returns to God who gave it. (Ecclesiastes 12:7)
While the body which came from the ground returns to it, the soul which came from God returns to Him. Like this, body and soul are different and distinct in essence. So, the Bible says that our physical father and our Spiritual Father are not same:
Moreover, we have all had human fathers who disciplined us and we respected them for it. How much more should we submit to the Father of our spirits and live! (Hebrews 12:9)
If our physical father and our Spiritual Father were identical, our physical father becomes our Spiritual Father. Or, if a man were made of body only and had no soul, there would be only our physical father and there cannot be our Spiritual Father. However, the fact that there are our physical father and our Spiritual Father respectively proves that there exist body and soul individually. Then, who is the Father of our souls?
"This, then, is how you should pray: " 'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name... (Matthew 6:9)
The Father of all souls is God in heaven. But we have not only our physical father but also physical mother. Then, does there exist the Mother of our souls as well? Or, is there only Father? The answer can be found in the Bible.
But the Jerusalem that is above [the heavenly Jerusalem: GNT] is free, and she is our mother. (Galatians 4:26)
The Bible teaches us that there is our Mother as well as our Father in heaven. It's very strange. Why do we have to have our Father and Mother in heaven just as we have our father and mother on the earth? What's the reason?
For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities--his eternal power and divine nature--have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. (Romans 1:18-20)
All visible things were created by God to reflect God's invisible qualities--His eternal power and divine nature. Body and soul are clearly distinct elements. Our body cannot exist without our physical father and mother, which shows the principle that our soul also cannot exist without our Spiritual Father and Mother. The existence of our body causes us not to deny the existence of father and mother who gave it to us. Therefore, the existence of our soul proves the existence of Father and Mother who gave it to us.
The Bible is really the amazing Words of God which make us realize spiritual principles and God's divine nature through this world we are living in. We should know and believe in God the Father and God the Mother testified by the Bible and all things in this world.

Jesus said that he is the gateway for our souls[WMSCOG]
You might have been embarrassed at the above message while browsing the Internet. There are various reasons which cause an error: “the specified server could not to be found.” Among them, a network issue is the biggest factor contributing to this error. The Internet can be understood as a network of networks which consist of lots of gateway nodes and host nodes. A gateway is a network node that allows you to gain entrance into a network and vice versa. Simply put, a gateway can be called an entrance to the Internet. If there is something wrong with the gateway, the above message appears.
The “Server not found” error can also occur with regards to our souls. It takes place when we cannot find the spiritual gateway correctly. Jesus said that he is the gateway for our souls.
Therefore Jesus said again, "I tell you the truth, I am the gate for the sheep… I [Jesus] am the gate… I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. (John 10:7-10)
Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink his blood, you have no life in you…” (John 6:53)
While they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to his disciples, saying, "Take and eat; this is my body." Then he took the cup, gave thanks and offered it to them, saying, "Drink from it, all of you. This is my blood of the covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins. (Matthew 26:26-28)
Our spiritual gateway is the Second Coming Jesus who gives us life through the Passover. If you have not found the gateway of the Passover and do not know the Second Coming Christ, you will never access the kingdom of heaven. Whatever you try to access, you will encounter a message saying: “Server not found” (Matthew 7:21-23.)
The Bible, interpreted by the Root of David, will save your souls.[Christ Ahnsahnghong]
A tool can be used for both good and evil. For example, a knife used by a surgeon can contribute to saving people’s lives. But a knife, grasped by a murderer’s hand, will be used for killing people. The same knife can be a tool for saving people or for killing people depending on who will use it.
God granted us a tool -- the Bible. But it can save or kill our souls depending on who will interpret it.
… But no one in heaven or on earth or under the earth could open the scroll [the Bible] or even look inside it. I wept and wept because no one was found who was worthy to open the scroll or look inside. Then one of the elders said to me, “Do not weep! See, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll and its seven seals.” (Revelation 5:3-5)
… His letters contain some things that are hard to understand, which ignorant and unstable people distort, as they do the other Scriptures, to their own destruction. (2 Peter 3:16)
The results will be opposite depending on who will interpret and explain the Bible. Interpretation of the Bible by the Root of David will save our souls while interpretation by ones who are not the Root of David will lead our souls to destruction. Such false prophets teach the saints with man-made rules.
Or if you give the scroll to someone who cannot read, and say, “Read this, please,” he will answer, “I don’t know how to read.” The Lord says: “These people come near to me with their mouth and honor me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. Their worship of me is made up only of rules taught by men. Therefore once more I will astound these people with wonder upon wonder; the wisdom of the wise will perish, the intelligence of the intelligent will vanish.” (Isaiah 29:12-14)
Those who teach people with man-made rules are not different from a murderer with a knife because they lead people’s souls to death. Rules taught by men include Sunday Service, Christmas, crosses and Thanksgiving Day. These commandments are not found in the Bible at all. That is, such teachings are not recorded in the Bible. Since they do keep non-biblical days and festivals, they cannot help but twist the Bible with various excuses. So the Bible, grasped by false prophets who teach man-made rules, becomes a tool for killing our souls.
The Bible, interpreted by the Root of David, is the tool for saving our souls. The Root David teaches people with God’s commandments not man-made rules. God’s commandments include the Sabbath, the Passover and regulation on covering women’s heads (Luke 4:16; Matthew 26:17-28; 1 Corinthians 11:1-16.)
Just as a knife, grasped by a surgeon, will save patients, so the Bible, interpreted by the Root of David, will save your souls.

Love that waits
God the Mother always love us in the World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG)
Taking care of toddlers, I severely scold them whenever they make mistakes.
My heart hurts, but I decided that it is for the child’s own good to point out their faults.
However, rather than scolding them all the time, I found out that when I embrace them, the children seemed to change.
Scolding may change a person that moment, but it doesn’t last long.
Though love does not change a person right away, as time passes by, that person realizes, and that realization stays touched in his heart. I think that eventually changes that person.
While walking on the gospel road, there are cases when we have different thoughts from each other, and things don’t turn out as the way we want to.
Whenever that happens, it makes me concerned.
Is it helpful to tell the brother or sister about their mistakes, or is it better to just wait restraining myself?
Both seem to be right, but I find myself brooding which one is right.
The answer was in Mother’s love; what I’ve seen, heard and felt.
Whenever I made mistakes, Mother never told my faults.
She waited until I realized by myself, and hid and embraced my faults.
As time passed by, and when I lately realized my faults, Mother’s love came to me, moving me.
That love gave me strength, for me to put on effort to change myself.
Though every moment, I try to resemble Mother’s heart, when I face difficult situation, it doesn’t turn out what I thought to be.
This is the evidence that I haven’t change into love yet.

We are happy people - World Mission Society Church of God, WMSCOG, Christ Ahnsahnghong
Before meeting Heavenly Mother, I was the most unfortunate person in this world. Growing up in domestic violence, my heart was always on edge. As I grew older, social phobia and depression that I had, grew deeper.
I wasn’t confident with anything that I have been doing, and even when I faced small hardship, I gave up and was frustrated. I was that kind of person.
I always wanted to be comforted, I got angry and became sad with small things, and the only hope that I had was to quickly leave this world.
However, happiness came to this kind of person.
When I first heard the truth, tears fell down my eyes that I thought was drained.
My strong hardened heart started to melt and tears fell down endlessly.
Realizing how much of a happy person I am, I found myself smiling, and I thought that I could do anything in God, and felt strong and happy while doing things.
However my habit couldn’t easily change.
I was revealing my sorrow, wailing, trying to be comforted time to time.
When I had small difficulties and hardships, I listed every difficulty that I had faced, even the ones I had in old times in my childhood. I complained the unfairness and sadness to Mother countless times. Not knowing who the criminal was; the one who brought out these difficulties.
One day, seeing ‘The Great Sacrifice of Mother’ biblical drama, my heart seemed to stop.
My soul was feeling that the incidents were true.
I committed most grave sin that it was right that I had to go straight to hell; however, God allowed me the city of refuge, to meet God, and allowed me again, to receive the noble love that was lost in heaven.
How can I express this grace in words?
Once I have read this kind of article.
A thief unexpectedly came into a house where an old couple lived, and murdered them ruthlessly, stealing the money that they have saved all their life for their child.
When the corpses were examined, they discovered a fingernail inside the old man’s throat, and that was nothing less than the nail of his son.
We all say that even if a child covers his face, parents can recognize.
Bleeding, being pierced innumerably by the child’s swinging blade, catching his breath, he found his son’s fingernail fallen on the ground, and swallowed it up using the rest of his strength.
Even at the instant of death, all his parents could think of was their child’s safety and future. Before the love of his parents, the son was diabolical, wasn’t right to be forgiven.
However that rebellious son was me. I was the one who pointed a blade in front of Father and Mother in heaven.
Even so, do I deserve to call them Father and Mother?
Do I deserve to meet You again?
And in the meantime, I thought as if it is insufficient, wanting to be comforted and to be paid for the unfairness and pain that I had.
Lately realizing all these, I saw that Father laid down his life to save this sinner, and Mother is in this prison where the sinners dwell, washing this sinner’s feet, like a servant.
The painful scar that they have received would be an obstinate stain, but they were never comforted. Even now, at this moment, Mother looks after her immature children who only complains for their unfairness that they are facing, without realization.
Taking care of Her immature children who always complain for their pain and unfairness, She covers the scars of each soul one by one; even today, until we comfortably sleep, she cannot have no sleep or rest.
Who would feel pity for the thief in the article mentioned above, or want to be near him?
Like so, no one wants be by this sinner, or even want to look at this sinner, but She cherish me, and considers me more precious than Herself.
You willingly become the Mother of this sinner, and wait for me with trust, that I am Your child, guiding me with Your loving hand.
Mother, since you exist, I am the happiest person in this world.
I am so sorry that I realized it now, how much of a happy person I am.
I did not know this biggest blessing, this happiness when I was in heaven. On this earth, I will realize your very noble and pure love, and never step on to it but consider it, repaying as a devoted daughter.
Thank You Father and Mother. I love You eternally.

Without Mother
Church of God (Witness of Ahnsahnghong) believes Ahnsahnghong as our Savior in
the age of the Holy Spirit with the belief in Heavenly Mother. According
to the Bible, God the Father and God the Mother who are the Spirit and
the bride are to give us the water of life in this last age of the Holy
Spirit. In order to receive the water of life in this age, we should come toward God the Father and God the Mother.
I suppose it was sometime on my first grade in elementary school. Living close by my school, I happened to move further away from it. It wasn’t that far, but I guess as an elementary student it felt that way. When I lived close by, I usually ran to it afterschool, and mom was ready with delicious supper.
On the first day we moved in, forgetting the promise that mom would pick me up after school, searching my memory, I finally reached my new place. Surely the sun was setting when I came out of school, but when I reached home, one by one; stars were showing up on the night sky.
But, what’s the matter? Usual supper, under a warm light wasn’t welcoming me, but there stood a padlocked dark house. Father frequently came home rather late, so I tried to find mom. She always waited for me around this time, but where is she? I didn’t even have a mind of stepping in the empty house, without mom.
With a child’s mind, I had a scary thought that I lost my mom, and tears welled up in my eyes. And wasn’t this place unfamiliar, a new resident? I called mom out loud, but there was no reply. The feeling that I had that time… Breathtaking fear, only pitiful tears were running down my face. It wouldn’t have been that scary even if I lost this whole world.
I started to head back the way I came. I thought that I would go anywhere, even stay up all night to find her. I couldn’t stand a moment with a whole heart of finding Mom. Even a fearsome passerby’s shadow was nothing to me. There I was; walking in the dark, straining my eyes, calling mom, even in a small sense.
‘Where is she? I didn’t have supper yet… Did something happen? What should I do without her? I can’t go to school, can’t do nothing! Please come back, mom! I’m scared, mom!’
Trembling with fear, crying, I walked up to the corner of a large road with a streetlamp. That was it. Over the streetlamp’s light, faraway at a glance, mom’s familiar form came to me.
“It’s Mom. Mom!”
Truly it was heartrending; the joy of finding Mom, and the feeling of relief that I didn’t lose her. Suddenly something burning filled up my throat and muted me. I roughly cried and ran straight to Mom and embraced her.
Mom was really surprised when she came to pick me up at school. Hearing from my classmates that I went home ahead of her, she wondered why I would not keep the promise and go alone. She was coming back worrying that I might have lost the way finding the new place we moved in.
But Mom scolded me that she was surprised seeing me plodding alone on the dark road. Whatever she said, at that time, just seeing her again gave me a feeling of regaining this whole world.
I think about that day again. Now, I think I know why I feared and trembled so much with a thought that I might have lost my mom. That fear and trembling I had when I thought I lost my mom was a fearful thought of me losing my Heavenly Mother in Heaven.
Meeting Heavenly Mother, I could thoroughly feel the warmth and boundlessness of mother’s love. Knowing well enough that Her child could not live a moment without Mother, she came all the way down, straight from heaven to the earth to find us. With a warm smile, she gives us comfort. She is our Heavenly Mother.
In my childhood, just like a house without Mom would feel chilly, wouldn’t heaven without Heavenly Mother be just like that? I realize, the place with Mother would only be the place to rest my soul. Now that I know that I am an existent who cannot live a moment without Heavenly Mother, I engrave in my heart that the place where Mother goes is precisely the place where I must go.
Just like me, I feel so sad thinking of spiritual brothers and sisters wandering in the dark, looking for Heavenly Mother. Let us quickly find our lost heavenly family and enjoy the happiness with Mother, forever and ever!

The goal of our faith is the salvation of our souls[WMSCOG]
Some say that they feel happy while working in a company. Others say that they are having a happy work life due to good colleagues. There will be also people who find something worth by participating in community services in the course of working in a company. However, are there any people who continue to work for a company if they are not paid? The primary purpose of working for a company is to live on their salary. Even if they love their jobs or they are happy to work with other colleagues, people have no reason to work for companies if they are not paid.
Then, what’s the purpose of our faith in God?
Some say that they live a religious life to find peace of mind. Others say that they live a life of faith because they enjoy meeting people. Or there are people who are happy to participate in community services while attending the church. However, can these can be the ultimate purpose of our faith life?
Though you have not seen him, you love him; and even though you do not see him now, you believe in him and are filled with an inexpressible and glorious joy, for you are receiving the goal of your faith, the salvation of your souls. (1 Peter 1:8-9)
The most important goal of our faith is the salvation of our souls. A life of faith without the salvation of souls is no more than a job without salary. Although they might feel happy or they think they obtain something worth, their efforts will be in vain in the end. The problem is that many churches teach different doctrines and different religious lives depending on their denominations. Which way of faith is the right one which leads us to the salvation of our souls?
"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers [depart from me, you workers of lawlessness – ESV]!' (Matthew 7:21-23)
Those who live a life of lawless faith which does not follow the will of God cannot enter the kingdom of heaven even though they call 'Lord, Lord', act as prophets who preach God, cast out demons or perform many miracles. They can obtain nothing while making many efforts.
Why should we do the will of God to get the salvation of our souls? It’s because the Word of God is the promise of salvation.

Whether we can receive life or not depends on following this Word containing the promise of eternal life. Then, how can eat and drink the flesh and blood of Jesus?

Jesus promised that the Passover bread is His flesh and the Passover wine is His blood. Therefore, faith without keeping the Passover cannot give us the salvation of souls. Those who do not observe the Passover worship God in vain. Religious life which results in the salvation of souls, the goal of faith, is that of receiving eternal life through the Passover of the new covenant. If you believe in God, please live a life of faith which leads you to the kingdom of heaven by following the will of God.
Although they knew the Bible[World Mission Society Church of God]
Jesus said he came as the "Son" of God, as if he had been a different being from God the Father Jehovah.
"Abba", Father," he said, "everything is possible for you. Take this cup from me. Yet not what I will, but what you will." (Mark 14:36)
"This, then, is how you should pray: " 'Our Father in heaven, hallowed be your name, (Matthew 6:9)
Jesus called out with a loud voice, "Father, into your hands I commit my spirit." When he had said this, he breathed his last. (Luke 23:46)
Jesus described God Jehovah as the Almighty One and Himself as a child who obeys the commands of the Father. That is, he regarded himself as the same position like us. Here, don't you have a question? Why did the Jews resent Jesus when he said he came as the Son of God, which might have not been any problem? Further, why did they crucify Him on the cross?
“… I [Jesus] and the Father are one." Again the Jews picked up stones to stone him, but Jesus said to them, "I have shown you many great miracles from the Father. For which of these do you stone me?" "We are not stoning you for any of these," replied the Jews, "but for blasphemy, because you, a mere man, claim to be God." (John 10:30-33)
Jesus said to them, "My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I, too, am working." For this reason the Jews tried all the harder to kill him; not only was he breaking the Sabbath, but he was even calling God his own Father, making himself equal with God. (John 5:17-18)
When Jesus said, "I and the Father are one," the Jews responded by saying "You, a mere man, claim to be God." Also, when Jesus said to them, "My Father is always at his work to this very day, and I, too, am working," they blamed him for making himself equal with God. Why did they understand "calling God his own Father" as "making himself equal with God"?
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)
The Jews knew the prophecy of the prophet Isaiah. In around 700 B.C., the prophet Isaiah foretold that ‘Almighty God would come as a Son.’ Therefore, the Jews got into rage when he said, "I and Father are one." They knew the Bible better than the disciples.
Philip said, "Lord, show us the Father and that will be enough for us." Jesus answered: "Don't you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, 'Show us the Father'? Don't you believe that I am in the Father, and that the Father is in me? The words I say to you are not just my own. Rather, it is the Father, living in me, who is doing his work. (John 14:8-10)
Philip was not able to understand the words of Jesus properly although he had been with Jesus. He could not understand why Jesus called himself the "Son of God" until he learned many teachings after Jesus ascended to heaven.
The Jews, who understood the word of Jesus by themselves, rejected Jesus and were destroyed after all. Philip, who realized after being taught from Jesus, was blessed. What's the difference between them? Just knowing the Bible is not sufficient. It's no more than mere acquisition of knowledge. To know the Bible means "to realize the words and put them in practice."
The World Mission Society Church of God (WMSCOG) preaches Christ of the age of the Holy Spirit to great multitude of Christians: God the Holy Spirit in the male image and God the Mother, the bride in the female image witnessed by the Bible from the 1st Chapter of Genesis to the 22nd Chapter of Revelation. At this, most people says that they came to know God the Mother testified by the Bible for the first time, giving a slight nod.
While seeing many people leaving, saying that they came to know Christ who has come as the Spirit and the bride in the Bible, I thought of the Jews. They also knew but did not believe.
